A group of people have joined forces to start a mailing list especially for The Imaging Source astronomy cameras. The private group is housed at Yahoo! Groups, called DMKCCD-cameras and describes itself as:

Group for discussing all about the DMK CCD cameras produced by the company The Imaging Source. The image acquiring software IC Capture.AS can also be discussed in this group.

The mailing list is very active, boasting up to 240 messages per month and around 70 members. To join the list, you first have to be accepted by the list manager, telling him why you would like to become a member.

While we are delighted that the community actively supports our cameras, we must point out that this is not an official support channel by The Imaging Source. For official support, please take a look at the Astronomy Products Support Forum.
