Mosaic Lunar Image by Ivan Vasilev

Russian astronomy amateur Ivan Vasilev has been busy with photographing the Moon since he received his DMK 31AU03.AS astronomy camera half a year ago. The following Lunar Image is a mosaic of 19 regional lunar pictures that he took in May.

Filter: Astronomik IR Pro 742
Software: Avistack. 400-500 frames from 1500.
Exposure: 1/15 s, 15 frames per second.
