Based in Rüsselsheim, Germany, Dr. Bernhard Christ captured the view of ISS Moon Transit  on 14th of Oct with his DMK 31AF03.AS astronomy camera.

I translated part of his email from German:

This is a rare chance we should take. … … The overall ISS Moon transit time was approximately 04. second.

At 07:17 on the morning of 14.10.2009, I used my TheImagingSource astronomy camera and imaged this view. Optics include a Orion ED80-Refractor, camera DMK31AF03.AS with frame rate of 30fps. After processing the captured AVI file, I got 6 pictures. The photography of these pictures is possible thanks to the high frame rate and good resolution of DMK31AF03.AS.

Vielen Dank Dr. Bernhard Christ! Diese sind tolle Bilder!

Excellent picture. How did you calculate when this event was going to take place. I know Heavens-above does this kind of thing but timing had to be perfect as it lasted only 0.4 sec
    congatulation
